I recently stayed at Alia Beach Hotel By Estia and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to ensure that any issues were personally and promptly resolved. The rooms were modern and clean, with spacious bathrooms that featured modern wetrooms. I appreciated the amenities like tea and coffee facilities, a large fridge, free safe, and reliable wi-fi. The beds were especially comfortable, thanks to the coco-mat mattresses and pillows. The hotel's location on the beachfront was perfect, and there were plenty of other amenities nearby. The cleaning staff also did a great job, with daily room cleaning and regular towel and sheet changes. I will definitely be staying at Alia Beach Hotel again.

The hotel was right at the beach and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach. It is also in a fun location for tourist shopping with a long shopping and restaurant area along the beach. The views of the ocean and island are amazing in the area. Also, the bus service nearby gives you easy access to the entire north side of the island of Crete as well as to and from the airport. The hotel itself is not a luxury one, but it is very nice, clean, spacious, friendly, and appears to be one of the best in the area. We had a great time and loved the hotel.

We always like to have an exercise facility and the hotel doesn't have one. We knew that ahead of time so it wasn't a problem. As more of a condo- hotel, it doesn't have quite the emphasis on services as some hotels have, but the hotel staff was always ready to help and very friendly.

Great location on the beach and 5 minutes to the resort centre. Clean modern apartments with a great bar and restaurant attached to the hotel!

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to assist us. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We were delighted to find that the hotel is just a one-minute walk from the beach, allowing us to easily enjoy the beautiful sand and crystal-clear waters. The WiFi signal was strong throughout the entire hotel, including the rooms, common areas, restaurant, and even the beach, making it convenient for us to stay connected and even watch Netflix without any issues. the level of comfort and quality of service provided at this hotel was truly exceptional.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The staff were very friednly especially Gregory the night guard. The location is excellent I could not have wished for more. The rooms are basic but if you will nto be spending much time in them apart from to sleep then they are fine. The price reflects the rooms. The bar is great and gets quite busy and if you are travelling alone is fine to sit and read or whatever. If you are a budget traveller I would def recommend a stay at the Alia but if your budget will stretch and you would like a nicer pool (as very small) and better room then you may wish to chose elsewhere but for location 100%!

We had a great stay at the hotel thanks to its perfect location near the beach. The staff was friendly and the hotel facilities were clean. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning and the fact that we could park our car easily close to the hotel.

Location of the hotel it’s fantastic, we are book the studio but we got big 2 room Apartment, very nice and spacious new bathrooms and magnificent view. Staff it’s very friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices for the hotel on the beach.

The Location was excellent, the staff very helpful and cheerful, the room was very clean and the towels changed every day.

I don't have any dislikes about the hotel but would advise people that the beds are very hard and the shower very small, but having said that the water was lovely and hot. I also would have preferred more lighting in the bathroom

This hotel situated near the bustling bar street is the perfect place for young couples and groups to party. It is right opposite the beach, a great spot to hang out in the day. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is above average. The helpful staff can arrange taxi transfers and point you to the fun gift shop nearby.

Be aware that noise from the surrounding area can be an issue if you're an early sleeper.

Very clean Hotel, located incredibly close to the beach and only 5 minutes walking from nightlife (close enough to go by foot and far enough to sleep without noise). Excellent choice for those who want to have one week of vacations in Crete, enjoying the beaches and the nightlife without spending too much in a Hotel.

If you want to stay all day in the Hotel, the pool is small and closes early, but this might not be an issue because the beach is probably better an is only 1 minute and a half from the Hotel (by foot).

The room was very clean and spacious with great amenities such as a well-equipped kitchenette and a strong WiFi connection. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

We were 6 guys, and were there to have fun, and then the location was fantastic. The staff was also wonderful, always checking that everything was ok, and that we wasn't missing anything. Cleaning also top class.
